It’s been awhile since my wife and I have had a true date night. This past weekend my parents came to town and said they would cheerfully watch our daughter allowing us to go have fun.
So we reached out kinda last minute to a few friends and were able to find one of Tories coworkers and her husband to meet us out for Mexican! 🌯🌮
After dinner we didn’t know what to do with ourselves since we’ve not been out childless in so long, we didn’t want to watch a movie so we found some games to play.
Main Event is a place with bowling, arcade games, pool and shuffle board just to name a few. So we played a few games of girls vs. guys in shuffle board.
Once we got done there the inner kid in us wanted to play skeeball and pop-a-shot. Needless to say Torie kicked my butt in pop-a-shot, I blame my shoulder surgery!
We were very excited and thankful for having a great babysitter allowing us to get out. Thanks Mom & Dad!
